says family involved in BLM cattle Logan Mankins Womens Jersey dispute

CLARK COUNTY, Nevada A man has been released after being arrested Sunday during an ongoing dispute over grazing rights between the Bureau of Shane Vereen Womens Jersey Land Management and a family in southern Nevada, and the family is calling for action.

A federal judge in Las Vegas first ordered Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy to remove his trespassing cattle in 1998, according to reports from the Associated Press. Similar orders were issued in July 2013, and again in October.

Saturday, the BLM began taking some of the 908 cattle from Bundy. land without required grazing permits for over 25 years.

The BLM released a statement on its website saying, "Cattle have been in trespass on public lands in Southern Nevada for more than two decades. This is unfair to the thousands of other ranchers who graze livestock in compliance with federal laws and regulations throughout the west. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the National Park Service (NPS) have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter administratively and judicially."

The situation escalated Saturday after Cliven Bundy's son, Dave Bundy, 37, was arrested. Members of the Bundy family had gathered to film and take pictures of the removal of their cattle in an effort to document the event, according to Cliven Bundy's daughter, Bailey Bundy Logue.

The family members had parked on the side of Nevada state Route 170, but the highway was included in the temporary closure of public lands, according to BLM representative Kirsten Cannon. Dave Bundy was arrested and cited with a criminal charge of refusing to disperse and resisting officers. Cannon said all public lands are closed within the designated closure area during the removal of the trespassing cattle.

Wake up America. Look what our ancestors Shane Vereen Limited Jersey fought for and we need to stand up for that. We need to realize what's happening. They are taking everything away from us. This isn't only about one family. This is about everyone's family. Bundy Logue

Logue said Dave Bundy was taking pictures and recording on his iPad when he was asked by federal employees what he was doing. Logue said that Dave Bundy told the BLM workers that he was "exercising (his) First Amendment rights."

"He did not resist arrest, but they continued to beat him," Logue told KSL. "They put him on the ground and were standing on his head and had a dozen officers on top of him and dogs."

The Bundy family was asked to leave the premises after Dave Bundy's arrest. Logue said that there were snipers and uniformed men on the scene during the cattle impoundment.

"That's scary," Logue said. "I was angry, but there was nothing I can do. We were so outnumbered. With nothing but weapons of our cameras, we did our best at taking pictures. But when you're in that situation your mind is not thinking very straight."

Dave Bundy was released Monday afternoon. However, the Bundy family said they Logan Mankins Authentic Jersey feel that their First Amendment rights were violated and that they were entitled to meet on state Route 170 to take pictures.

is against our First Amendment right," Logue said. "They say it a First Amendment area, but we have rights everywhere. Since when have we had First Amendment areas? That not what it says in the Constitution. Bundy family said they organized a rally for people to meet to support their First Amendment rights and their rights to public land. The rally was held near state Route 170 and I 15 on private land and around 100 people held a peaceful protest, Cannon said.

"We have got together hundreds of people from all over the world and they are here, not because this is about cattle," Logue said. "We are asking people to come and stand up for their rights. We have lost all state sovereignty. I mean (it's like) martial law in our home town, in America."

Cannon said 134 cattle had been impounded by federal employees as of Monday afternoon, but the location will not be released during the ongoing operation. The cattle roundup was estimated to take between 21 to 30 days with further temporary closures during the operation.

KSL's Children's Television Programming Reports, as well as its FCC public inspection file, are available for viewing during regular office hours at the KSL Broadcast House or online.

Kiyair Lambert sweats out

Phillipsburg's Kiyair Lambert sweats out Stephen Gostkowski Limited Jersey a state title

What Kiyair Lambert could control about the 110 meter high hurdles made up the easy part of his afternoon at the NJSIAA Group 4 track and field championships at Egg Harbor Township High School.

What he couldn't control Stephen Gostkowski Jersey was much harder.

The Phillipsburg High School senior won the race in a photo finish, but had to wait out a lengthy officials' review that could have led to his disqualification.

"That was so stressful," Lambert said. "I was in the stands with my father, just waiting around. We were so nervous. But once they told me I'd won I was all great."

The review upheld Lambert's triumph in 14.57 seconds to Mark Cooke of John P. Stevens' 14.59 and made Lambert the sixth boys' state champion in Stateliner history, joining Jon Harper (2012 G4 1,600 and 3,200), Matt Deery (2011 G4 pole vault), Justin Gaymon (2004 and 2005 G4 400 intermediate hurdles; 2005 G4 110 high hurdles) Rob Ninkovich Patriots Jersey Josh Davis (2004 G3 1,600) and Butch Marinelli (1957 G4 javelin).

"It Rob Ninkovich Limited Jersey feels awesome to be one of the all time greats at Phillipsburg and to leave my mark," Lambert said.

Lambert left that mark in indelible fashion. With two hurdles to go he trailed both Cooke and Sayreville's Shaun Abubakar. That's not usually a winning position in such a short race but Lambert found the power and the speed to bull his way to the gold medal.

"I knew I had to let it all out and give it my all and I came out on top," Lambert said.

It was in that last push that the controversy arose. One official (of several watching) reported that Lambert had hit a hurdle and pushed it into Abubakar's path in the adjacent lane.

That would have been sufficient to disqualify Lambert had it actually happened, which it did not. The race was not clean (Lambert actually thought Abubakar's legs were hitting his hurdles, and many hurdles were rattled) but there was no evidence of any untoward incident.

Phillipsburg head coach Brett Hyland, with memories of his 1,600 relay's disputed disqualification at this meet last year still all too vivid, immediately launched a vigorous appeal. After considerable discussion, and after consulting with the Sayreville coaching staff which confirmed Lambert had done nothing wrong, the result stood.

"I can only imagine what it was like for Kiyair to sit there waiting," Hyland said. "I am ecstatic for him. He deserved to earn a state championship, he's worked so hard."

Lambert said while the end of the race provided the drama, it was at the opposite end that the race was won.

"The first hurdle is the most important," said the Norfolk State bound Lambert. "Getting off to a good start is the most important part to my race; my start in the prelim (earlier Saturday, where he ran 14.92) was terrible. In the final my reaction time was good and so were my first three steps."

Lambert will now take the last step of his scholastic career into Wednesday's Meet of Champions at South Plainfield (top six finishers in each event qualify plus eight wild cards).

"I'd like to beat my personal best (14.26) at least," said Lambert, who single handedly accounted for the Stateliners' 22 team points that tied them for fifth in Group 4 (Sayreville won with 43).

Phillipsburg senior Steve El Eshaky took eighth in the high hurdles at 15.07.

North Hunterdon senior Dave Mugavero won the only other local boys medal today. He finished third in the Group 4 3,200 meter run in a personal best time of 9:24.19, marking a complete turnaround from a very disappointing 1,600 run Friday where the Lehigh bound Lion came in 12th.

"This felt a lot better and it ended a lot nicer," Mugavero said. "This wasn't a bad race."

Mugavero almost didn't run at all today.

"After Friday I felt sick and I'd had a chest cold all week and I pretty much wanted to be done," he said. "I talked to my family, my mom, my girlfriend, my coaches, and they gave me a lot of support."

Mugavero broke away from a physically punishing pack "there were a lot of elbows out there; I don't know if it is normally like that," he said with 800 meters to go and led for over a lap but was chased down by eventual winner Nikhil Pulimood of West Windsor Plainsboro South (9:21.78) and Aaron Groff of Cherry Hill East (9:23.97).

"Usually I am a front runner (the whole race) but I decided to lay back this time and it worked pretty well," he said. "When I turned it on and went ahead, I knew there's be a few guys coming with me but I wanted to get up and stay up as long as I could. I can't not be happy with placing and a PR."

How to Be Healthy and

How to Be Healthy and Fit Danny Amendola Authentic Jersey as a Mom

But somewhere along the way, I stopped paying close attention to my health and fitness, and started gaining weight. A lot of it more than was necessary or healthy for a pregnant woman or new mom. The day the scale read over 200 pounds, I knew I had to stop the downward spiral. I had to prioritize my health and fitness. And also, I couldn't let the numbers on the scale beat up on my self Brandon LaFell Womens Jersey esteem any longer.

First, I did what any woman does nowadays I Googled. But after relentlessly searching for some miracle diet that would help me lose the weight, I came up empty handed. So instead, I decided to get back to my favorite form of therapy and grabbed my 3 pound weights and hit it the old fashioned way, tapping into my personal training background.

In the midst of rebuilding myself, I realized how lonely the fight was. I knew I wanted to help other women and share my comeback story. Without much financial support, I cashed out my 401K and started the Skinny Mom website and brand. My friends and I started sharing our tips and tricks on how to live healthfully as mothers, and before I knew it, more and more moms wanted to join the community.

Looking back on my fitness and weight loss journey, here are some super helpful tips I learned along the way:

Multitasking is not an option, it's a must

As a new mom, you suddenly find yourself incredibly busy at all hours of the day. You have to start looking at everything you do as an opportunity to get other things done. Recognize a window of time, of opportunity, of whatever you can get your hands on, and take it. Take your calls on a power walk with your kids, dress in your workout gear and do your own exercises at the playground, plan the rest of your weekly menu while tonight's casserole is in the oven. Squeeze in fitness wherever you can, because sometimes you just won't be able to make time for an hour long trip to the gym.

Planning is key

When things slow down, or at least slightly, plan out your meals. Brandon LaFell Jersey Focus on healthy lunches for both you and your kids. Don't slack in either category! (If we put in as much time planning our nutritious meals as we did with our kids, we'd be in much better shapeliterally!) There are some great foods you both will enjoy, like Skinny Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken, Protein PB + Banana Wraps or the Miami Vice Smoothie.

Cut yourself some slack

Before I got pregnant, I counted every calorie and worked out for 90 minutes each day. Now my days are spent trying to get my picky little eater to sit through a meal and chase him around the house! Set smaller goals. Your post partum reality will most likely be much different than your pre pregnancy vision. My biggest victory now is getting a healthy meal on table. So, you only got in a 15 minute workout? That's fine. So long as you pushed yourself for that 15 minutes, be proud of yourself! Negative thoughts produce negative results. Don't be your own roadblock to success.

Everything in moderation

Go ahead and have that cookie, I won't tell. Restrictive diets can lead to binging and a loss of control over your food. Feed your willpower, not all your cravings. And never forget who is watching your every move Danny Amendola Elite Jersey your child. Demonstrate a healthy relationship with food so your child doesn't develop an unhealthy one.

Be your own motivation

This was the hardest thing to accept. As a former fitness competitor and model, I used to look to my peers for inspiration. Their bodies motivated me to shape my own. Now, however, that is a little less realistic. Now that I have Easton, I look to myself. My son is looking up to me these days. I have to be my own role model for Easton.

Women come to me all the time saying now that they're moms they don't have the time to think about what they eat, prepare healthy meals or exercise. My response? As a mom, you have the most intrigued audience watching your every move your kids. It is crucial you take the time to live a healthy lifestyle for yourself so your kids are raised knowing how to make healthy choices for themselves. It's not rocket science. It's not even that difficult most times. Just be mindful of your decisions and keep watch of those little eyes watching you!

That's a pretty important lesson healthy living has taught me about being a mom. I'd love to hear what your journey through living healthfully and motherhood has taught you!
